Connect your invoices, clients, and expenses from FreshBooks directly to Smartsheet. Your team can see billing and budgets without switching apps or asking for data exports.

1. Prepare your data

Before syncing, ensure your Smartsheet includes the necessary columns. resynced.io doesn't add them for you.

Tip: Column names don't need to match exactly (like "Phone" in Smartsheet and "Home Phone" in FreshBooks).

2. Select your apps

  1. Select FreshBooks and Smartsheet
  2. FreshBooks: Click Add new connection and log in
  3. Smartsheet: Authorize your account and grant access to your sheets.

Choose what to sync:

  1. From FreshBooks: Pick Clients, Invoices, or Expenses
  2. To Smartsheet: Select the sheet where you want the data to be sent.

3. Connect your data

Match your FreshBooks data to Smartsheet:

2. Manual: Choose which FreshBooks field to the appropriate column in your Smartsheet
